Hey there. My name is Sara. I’m a first generation Hungarian and lover of all things food related. Except water chestnuts – it’s a texture thing. I’m spunky, happy, a little crazy and sometimes I snort when I laugh. Cooking is my therapy and people are my power source. I guess that’s why I’m opening a restaurant – I just want to cook for people and be surrounded by individuals who desire blissful bellies.
I have a lot of work to do before my doors open and a few places to visit first, but this site is the beginning of my efforts and the foundation for my future restaurant. It may be a bumpy ride, but boy will it be a good one. Thanks for coming along with me – it’s going to be fun!
